JOIN THE TEAM

We’re Hiring! Join our team of experienced, passionate architects based out of Northern Virginia.

Lee Design Studio is a boutique architecture and design firm based in Falls Church, VA. We specialize in large multifamily work in D.C.; single-family renovations and custom homes in NoVA; and commercial retail fit outs. We’re a close-knit team that enjoys sharing a laugh or two and working collaboratively on all projects. We value work/life and family balance, and are committed to supporting each other personally and professionally.

We are looking for someone who is ready to help propel our firm to the next level. Someone who wants things “just done right” and wants a firm to support their ambitions and creativity. This individual should be able to run a job and help other team mates on a job. We are looking for a creative that has considered starting up their own firm but was hesitant because they just want to be an architect and not deal with the admin and business side of the profession. If you are looking for a growing firm where you can utilize your design talents and have a team help you do it please apply.
